I think this video is about a girl who says, that everybody is beautiful that it doesn't matter what the people say.
It's a optimistic video, cause she always says that everybody is beautiful that anybody and any word can't make you feel bad, cause you have to feel good with yourself, and today and any day you can't feel bad.
